Plans and governed actions
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of governed actions and a retention period for Action Records.

What counts

An action evaluated in Observe Mode also counts as one.
Allowance vs spend budget
Section titled “Allowance vs spend budget”The allowance is a count of governed actions. It is not spend and it is not a count of model requests.
A spend budget is a separate governance control, in money. Each Agent can show a Monthly spend cap, Spend this month and an Alert at warning threshold for tracking. The workspace Monthly spend cap is the enforced ceiling for supported cost-bearing execution. See Manage spend and usage.
